Sales Manager - Spanish Market

Natexo Group, an international company created in 2008, is today one of the main European stakeholders in digital advertising. The group is made up of 2 companies: Natexo (Emailing, Collecting and Monetization) and Taz Media (Monetization). The company develops internationally through 4 markets : France, Spain, Italy and Poland. 


What do we do? In 2020, Natexo launched in the market two products: Lead Ads and Emailing Ads and converted itself as “Digital advertising solution in self service  for any business”.

Le poste

eporting to the VP Sales, you are responsible for the image of the company and owning the relationship with our clients, you are in charge of sourcing new business, and develop long term relationship with our existing partners. Organising demo's, and guiding clients or partners in the use of our digital advertising plateform. You assist your clients by identifying their needs and propose the right solution. You manage negotiation to satisfy both parts and develop customers’ loyalty.



The day-to-day duties:



Proactively business develop new and existing business
Build your own pipeline by drawing upon established networks, relationship and your independent research
Activate new client on Programmatic plateform
Organise demo of the plateform
Find leads and set up meetings through cold-calling
Convert leads into prospect
Grow revenue by closing new business
Construct and negotiate offers that meet expectations of business partners and Natexo
Work closely with CSM on client’s portfolio
Achieve set KPI targets for monthly and quarterly sales revenue, activation on plateform  and daily activities
 


Le profil

- Experience in working in a digital environment preferably in business development (preferable)


- Experience in a fast paced, target driven sales environment with consistent and current success


- Hands on experience selling both face-to-face and cold calling


- Enthusiastic individual  


- High problem solving and independent attitude


- Natural interest for challenging sales  


- Experience in Digital advertising is an advantage.


- Action and results oriented  


- Polish is your native language, high level of english required
