The company develops internationally through 4 markets : France, Spain, Italy and Poland.

Reporting to the CFO, el Head of Controlling is in charge of all of tasks relative to Controlling and Administration and Finance for Natexo.
For the Controlling Part:
Prepare all Finances Reports
Prepare KPIs Reports
Prepare all controlling reports as margin studies, budget…
Prepare treasury reports del Informe de Tesorería actualizado
Prepare and follow with CFO all process for the company
For the Accounting Part:
Check of the accounting made by Accounting Assistants
Prepare all documentation of the month (provision, amortisation, salary…)
Management control: expenses control, follow-up files….
Treasury Management: suppliers payment, salary…
Relation with the fiscal agency
Supervision and control of customer and supplier billing
Supervision and control of Credit Management
Relation with banks
For the credit and office management:
Supervision of the Office Manager
Credit management: debt recovery
Follow up of litigation with Lawyers
Supervision of Human Resources
Follow up of all documentation of employees (contracts…)
Control of Control de las possible presence incidents: sick leave, absenteeism, vacations
Application and follow up of collective agreement
Management of Health Insurance
Management of salary and social taxes
Relation with the Social/ Admin agencies
Native Level in French, Very good level of English, other languages is a plus
3+ years of experience in finances and Administration department
High level of computer skills (Windows, Excel, Office, etc.)
Knowledge of digital industry in a plus
Structured, methodical and goal-oriented work
Proactive, sense of initiative
Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Potential in team management
