Natexo Group, an international company created in 2008, is today one of the main European stakeholders in digital advertising. The group is made up of 2 companies: Natexo (Emailing, Collecting and Monetization) and Taz Media (Monetization). The company develops internationally through 4 markets : France, Spain, Italy and Poland.
What do we do? In 2020, Natexo launched in the market two products: Lead Ads and Emailing Ads and converted itself as “Digital advertising solution in self service  for any business”.

The position

Stage of 6 month with the objective to extend the collaboration.
Reporting to the Head of Publishers, the employee is responsible for sourcing new affiliates and developing long term relationships with our existing partners on for the French, Italian, Spanish and Polish market.

Main tasks

Prospect and recruit new affiliates every month
Set up meetings through cold-calling every day
Development and maintain a strong relationship with the affiliates network (France, Italy, Spain and Poland)
Collaborate with Advertising team to plan and analyze the results and activate an action plan when the results decrease


The profile

Experience in Digital advertising, agency or affiliate network is an advantage,
Experience in Business Development in a fast paced, target driven sales environment with consistent and current success is an advantage.
Natural interest for challenging sales, knowledge of negotiation and sales techniques,
We are looking for a very disciplined and organized individual with strong communication skills and passion for marketing,
Proactive skills are also highly valued,
Familiar with the office pack (Excel is a must) and technically comfortable with the Internet,
We attach great importance to autonomy, as much as the flexibility to work in an international environment,
Ambitious, challenge-oriented and driven, your high working capacity allows you to be successful in an environment where the culture of performance is omnipresent,
With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to conduct and assess a plan to reach new partners and meet the goals assigned.
Fluent English is required. Knowledge of French language is a big plus.
