Head of Publisher

The company

Natexo offers its customers self-service digital advertising solutions on several marketing channels for all types of business:

  • Emailing Ads to send advertising campaigns on Emailing databases

  • Lead Ads to collect leads on major media sites

  • Talk Ads to start a chat conversation when a user is browsing a media website

  • Text Ads to communicate by SMS

We currently operate in 4 markets: French, Spanish, Italian and Polish. Our offices are located in Paris and Barcelona.

The position

Under the responsibility of the CEO, you will be in charge of setting up the strategy and managing the team in charge of Publishers. You will be responsible for developing and retaining a portfolio of Publishers.

Your main missions

  • As a member of CODIR, you will participate in the definition and implementation of the Group's strategy.

  • Participation and implementation of the Publisher Division strategy

  • Management of the Publisher team (Sales, Project Manager)

  • Develop expertise in digital marketing and programmatic

  • Develop and deliver new publisher monetization offers for our products

  • Participation in commercial negotiations and closing in 4 countries (France, Spain, Italy, Poland)

  • Ensure the achievement of margin and page views objectives defined by country

  • Develop technological partnerships

  • Manage and resolve publisher disputes 

Development and retention of the publisher portfolio:

  • Evaluate and find new publishers

  • Present the Natexo proposal in meetings with customers

  • Set up communication campaigns to generate new leads and / or increase our notoriety with our Publishers

  • Monitoring of new opportunities

  • Support Business Developers in the closing of agreements

  • Ensure the proper maintenance of the CRM

  • Retain the portfolio of publishers

  • Increase average revenue per publisher 

Onboarding Publisher

  • Define procedures to configure new publishers with our applications

  • Ensure compliance with defined onboarding deadlines

  • Improve onboarding timings

  • Coordinates the graphics and technical teams to implement our products

  • Advise our publishers in the implementation of our services 

The key indicators

  • The margin generated by the existing publisher portfolio

  • The churn rate

  • The monthly recurring revenue MRR

  • The number of new activations

  • CRM Kpis (activities, leads, opportunities, etc.)

  • Respect of the onboarding time of a new publisher

  • Specific Kpis by product (ecpm, volume of impressions, etc.)

The profile

  • Experience in the digital environment

  • Business development experience in a short cycle and goal driven sales environment

  • You speak French and fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

  • Knowledge of negotiation and sales techniques,

  • We are looking for a very rigorous and organized person with strong communication and management skills
