As part of the Customer Success Team. you will be the main point of contact for all matters specific to customer accounts once the sales manager has converted the client.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Animate, grow and optimize campaigns from client’s portfolio
- Make sure that the content of the campaigns respect our policies
- Negotiate payouts and campaign conditions
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the campaigns according to customer needs and objectives
- Provide onboarding guidance and support to new and existing customers
- Manage along the company’s online and offline help and support channels as customers may require
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities
- Collect and document success stories, quotes and key use cases from customers
- We are looking for a person who is oriented to the service, proactive and with analytical skills and excellent sales skills.
- This position requires good organisational skills and the ability to operate multi tasks.
- You like customer relations and negotiation (calls, meetings, videoconferencing)
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Experience in the industry and with customers for at least 1 year. Sales experience is a plus.
