As part of the Emailing Ads's Team, you will be the main point of contact for all matters specific to customer accounts once the COO has converted the client.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Animate, grow and optimize campaigns from client’s portfolio
Negotiate payouts and campaign conditions
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts ( full service )
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the campaigns according to customer needs and objectives
Provide onboarding guidance and support to new and existing customers
Manage along the company’s online and offline help and support channels as customers may require
Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities
Main tasks:
Set up the campaigns for clients
Optimize each campaign launched
Negotiate CPC prices
Collaborate with the appropriate teams within the company to implement assets for each campaign following the procedures established
Participate in establishing processes to ensure that objectives are achieved
Verify and validate ads of your client’s portfolio
Fight churn rate and ensure long term relationship
Collect and document success stories, quotes and key use cases from customers
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with the others teams to ensure account growth attainment
We are looking for a person who is oriented to the service, proactive and with analytical skills and excellent sales skills. This position requires good organisational skills and the ability to operate multi tasks.
Excellent oral and written skills
Experience in the industry and with customers from a previous internship is a real plus. Sales experience is a second plus. :-)
Internship convention mandatory
Internship of 6 months minimum which can ends on a permanent contract if good results
