Reporting to the Head of Advertising, the employee is responsible for sourcing new affiliates and developing long term relationships with our existing partners, as well as ensuring the distribution of the campaigns (Survey and Sweepstakes) on affiliates network for the Italy, Spain and Poland market.
Prospect and recruit new affiliates every month
Set up meetings through cold-calling every day
Development and maintain a strong relationship with the affiliates network (Italy, Spain and Poland)
Planning campaigns with affiliates in order to achieve the potential forecast of our products Survey and Sweepstakes
Achieve the monthly objectives assigned in terms of planification in each market
Maintain updating the main internal report to follow the results of the productions of our campaigns
Monitoring the results of the planning accomplished with the affiliates in term of volume (clicks or leads), MPC and ecpm
Use of good practices in order to optimize the results of campaigns
Analyze the results and activate an action plan when the results decrease
Make creative brief to create and test new topics for Survey and Sweepstakes every month
Close the billing of the campaigns every month
Resolve billing conflicts with affiliates
Experience in Digital advertising, agency or affiliate network is an advantage,
Experience in Business Development in a fast paced, target driven sales environment with consistent and current success,
Natural interest for challenging sales, knowledge of negotiation and sales techniques,
We are looking for a very disciplined and organized individual with strong communication skills and passion for marketing,
Analytical skills are also highly valued,
Familiar with the office pack (Excel is a must) and technically comfortable with the Internet,
