We currently operate in 4 markets: French, Spanish, Italian and Polish. Our offices are located in Paris and Barcelona.Our goal:

The position

Reporting to the COO, the employee is responsible for launching email campaigns for our clients and for planning campaigns on the affiliate network databases. 


Main tasks:


  • Establish and maintain the affiliate network of markets

  • Prospect and recruit new affiliates every month

  • Resolve billing conflicts with affiliates

  • Development a strong relationship with the affiliates network

  • Planning campaigns with affiliates in order to achieve the volume defined in the commercial forecast

  • Achieve the monthly objectives assigned in terms of planification in each market

  • Monitoring the results of the planning accomplished with the affiliates in term of volume (clicks or leads), ROI and ecpm

  • Use of good practices in order to optimize the results of campaigns

  • In case of low results, analyze the 3 KPIs of the main ratios (Opening, Reactivity and transformation) and activate an action plan

  • Monitoring of tracking, delivery of leads and all the characteristics of the campaigns

  • Establish a defined report for each campaign

  • Close the billing of the campaigns every month


The profile

  • Significant experience in web marketing, agency or affiliate network

  • We are looking for a very disciplined and organized individual with strong communication skills and passion for marketing

  • Familiar with the office pack (Excel is a must) and technically comfortable with the Internet

  • We attach great importance to autonomy, as much as the flexibility to work in an international environment

  • Analytical skills are also highly valued

  • Negotiation and sales techniques

  • Ambitious, challenge-oriented and driven, your high working capacity allows you to be successful in an environment where the culture of performance is omnipresent

  • With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to conduct and assess a plan to reach new partners and meet the goals assigned

  • Native Italian is a must
